Thank you for your ongoing prayers. I just wanted to let you know that I’ve had the opportunity for one followup conversation with Hans, but that’s it. He has some major issues to work through. Please continue to pray for Hans, as well as for me as I seek to speak into his life.
In the past few days I’ve had the privilege of visiting one of our fledgling “pioneer groups,” in Piedrahita (near Avila), and also visiting our team in Cáceres. We went to Cáceres as a family. During our time there, Tim and I spoke with a young church planter who is looking for partnership with an organization. It would seem that God is adding new outreach opportunities, as well as expanding our workforce! We have much to be thankful for.
Do be in prayer for the Guijuelo and Piedrahita groups as Craig Cook, the initiator in these pioneer efforts, is visiting family and supporters in the USA. His absence is not all negative. Learning to move ahead on their own will be a healthy part of the development of these groups.
Hey, I just discovered that I can enjoy the encouragement of Haven Today online! I used to listen to the Haven of Rest program on our local radio in Manitoba all the time. I´d encourage you to check it out for some encouraging teaching and good music! I'm including a link to their site immediately below.
with blessings, and much thankfulness,
